Seminar Series presents “The Advantages of a Workplace Safety Committee


The Washington County Chamber of Commerce and Wayne Vanderhoof of RJR Safety Inc. are partnering to conduct a seminar for companies who want to improve their workplace safety.

The seminar will discuss the advantages of a workplace safety committee including worker involvement, improving worker-management relationships, encouraging worker-ownership of their safety as well as their coworkers, and workers’ compensation insurance premium discounts. Wayne will also discuss the basic process of starting and operating a safety committee.

Join us at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Washington on Wednesday, February 24 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. for this informational seminar.
